Choose a date for a Writer job and check its site timezone and status before relying on the schedule.

Choose a date

The Writer list offers Pick date, and Review → Details includes Scheduling date and time. The displayed schedule uses the destination site's timezone; an empty schedule means the job is a draft. After choosing a date, check the time shown for the job and confirm it matches the intended site timezone.

1. Locate the intended job and open Pick date or its Details scheduling controls.
2. Choose a date and time appropriate for the destination site's timezone.
3. Read the Hub's confirmation and check the job's displayed status and scheduled time.

Check the calendar

Use Calendar to locate scheduled jobs by date and open a job's Review screen. Confirm the intended article and timing there. A calendar entry shows planned work; after the scheduled time, check the job status and WordPress details to confirm whether it was delivered or published.

1. Open Calendar and find the selected date.
2. Open the job and verify its site, title, status and scheduled time.
3. After the scheduled time, check the job status and WordPress details.
