Make the next step clear
A worksheet is most useful when it records what you know, what needs checking and who will take the next action.
1. Save a working copy
Open the TXT in a text editor. Import the CSV files into Excel, Google Sheets or another spreadsheet app using comma-separated columns and UTF-8 text.
2. Add your own evidence
Replace the inventory’s illustrative row with real pages. Record observations and open questions; leave unknown information marked for review.
3. Agree on the next action
Review the document with the people responsible for content, development and the business. Assign owners and dates before treating a task as complete.
Use the worksheet with the wider guidance
For page reviews, use our technical SEO audit checklist and internal-linking guide to frame the questions you need to investigate.
