Build a private llms.txt draft from selected published content, review its text and section order, then publish it as a separate action.
Review source selection
Open Aomark Suite → Settings → SEO & sitemaps and find the llms.txt controls. Review which published content is selected through the sitemap settings; generated content is based on that selected public material.
- Open SEO & sitemaps and review the XML sitemap content selections.
- Confirm the published pages selected for inclusion are suitable source material.
- Check the llms.txt status before generating a new draft.
Generate a draft
Choose Generate to create a private draft. Generation may use hosted Aomark services and credits. If a retry fails, the last valid generated copy remains available; content changes can mark it ready for regeneration.
- Choose Generate in the llms.txt controls.
- Wait for the private draft to be prepared.
- If generation fails, keep the last valid copy and inspect the displayed retry state before trying again.
Edit before publishing
Review the summary, headings, descriptions and section order in the text editor. Correct outdated claims, remove pages that should not be promoted and confirm that links point to the intended public URLs.
- Check the summary and each section description against the current site.
- Remove obsolete pages and reorder sections for reader importance.
- Open the listed links and make sure each points to the intended public page.
Publish and verify
Choose Save & publish only after review. Open the public /llms.txt route and verify the served text. This file is informational guidance for AI systems; it does not control search indexing or guarantee how an external system uses it.
- Choose Save & publish only after the review is complete.
- Open /llms.txt in a private browser window.
- Confirm the public text matches the approved draft.
