Add primary and supporting keywords, then choose automatic or manual word-count control for a new Writer job.
Enter the search topic
In the New article dialog, enter the article's main topic or primary keyword. Use the Keywords field and + Add keyword to include supporting terms that belong naturally in the article. Multiple primary topics can be pasted one per line when creating a batch.
- Open New article and select the destination site.
- Enter the primary topic and add relevant supporting keywords.
- Remove terms that describe a different search intent or require unsupported claims.
Choose length control
Automatic length uses SERP research to set the target length. Turn on Manual word count when you need to specify a target yourself. The dialog shows an estimate before you save or start generation; check the displayed estimate against the scope of the work.
- Leave Manual word count off to use the automatic target.
- Turn it on and enter a deliberate target when your brief requires a specific length.
- Review the displayed estimate before saving or generating the job.
